Pol has over 30 years of experience in DRC (Zaïre) in the mining sector. With countless professional contacts throughout the country and beyond calling him a friend, one of Pol’s key strengths is how to successfully and pragmatically manage a mining project, in a country that has no Walmart at the end of every street. Pol is a certified engineer and has a Masters in mining.
Francisca Ionescu - Administrative Director
Being the lead-negotiator in a multi-billion-dollar project, Francisca has over 30 years of experience in international legal cases. Francesca speaks fluently in French, Italian and Romanian. She has also previously worked in the administration for multi-million-dollar companies.
Xavier Huart - Commercial Director
Whilst being known for his relentlessness and vision in attaining goals, Xavier developed reporting tools, causing a 180° turn for a €40M-turnover company’s performance level. This innovative solution reduced the monthly client-due penalty-sum by 92,0% within the first 4 weeks. In the 1st year alone, this ideology change manifested itself in the company’s dashboard performance-level increasing to over 95%, saving the company hundreds of thousands of Euros and leading to the renewal of the €250M contract. Xavier is fluent in English, French and German.
